These terms cover the website, early-access list, and automatically renewing monthly CMBT Athlete subscription.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to join the early-access list.

2. Current service

The site provides information about a product in development and lets visitors request early access and founder updates. Features, launch dates, availability, and eligibility may change. Joining the list does not guarantee admission, continued access, pricing, or any particular feature.

3. No medical or professional advice

Content and illustrative readiness, recovery, training-load, nutrition, bloodwork, and weight-cut examples are general product demonstrations only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or a substitute for a licensed clinician or qualified coach. Do not delay professional care or make health, training, nutrition, or weight-cut decisions based solely on this site. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive information, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or violate another person's rights.

5. Intellectual property

The site, brand, design, text, graphics, demonstrations, and other CMBT Culture materials are owned by or licensed to CMBT Culture and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial evaluation. No other license is granted.

6. Your submissions

You represent that information you submit is accurate, belongs to you, and does not violate law or another person's rights. We use personal information as described in the Privacy Notice. Do not submit health records, confidential athlete information, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data through the early-access form.

7. Third-party services

The site relies on service providers and may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

8. Monthly subscription and automatic renewal

CMBT Athlete founding access is currently offered at $35 USD per month. Whop processes payment and subscription management. The subscription begins when you complete checkout and automatically renews every month on the renewal date shown at checkout and in your Whop account until you cancel. Taxes may be added where applicable. There is no free trial unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

You may cancel future renewals through your Whop account using the subscription-management controls. You do not need to contact a retention agent. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the paid billing period. If you cancel and later return, the then-current price applies. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

The prelaunch site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, but these Terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for how you use information from the site.

10. Changes and contact
