Privacy Notice

This notice covers the current CMBT Culture prelaunch website and early-access list. It will be updated before any athlete account, health-data, payment, upload, or AI feature goes live.

1. Who we are

CMBT Culture is a combat-sports performance and media platform in development. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to mprieto@cmbtculture.com.

2. Information we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect the information you submit: first and last name, email address, professional role, marketing consent, the consent language shown at signup, and the source of the submission. If present in the page URL, we also collect UTM source, medium, and campaign values so we can understand how people found us.

Our hosting provider may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, request timestamps, and security logs.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use Netlify to host the site and process form submissions; Whop to provide checkout, recurring billing, subscription management, fraud prevention, receipts, and payment support; and Google Workspace or Apps Script if the associated email workflow is enabled. We use Google Fonts to deliver typefaces; when those files are requested, Google may receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. We do not sell personal information and do not use health information for targeted advertising.

Whop sends us subscription and entitlement information needed to provide access, such as buyer email, Whop user and membership identifiers, plan and product identifiers, subscription status, renewal-period end, cancellation-at-period-end status, and an account-management link. CMBT Culture does not receive full payment-card numbers.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to services governed by their own privacy notices.

5. AI, health data, uploads, and payments

The early-access form does not send responses to an AI model or accept athlete health data or user uploads. The CMBT Athlete sales page offers an automatically renewing monthly subscription processed by Whop. We will update this notice and request any legally required consent before enabling additional health-data, upload, wearable, or AI features.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep early-access information while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove the information from active marketing and form systems, subject to limited retention required for security, legal compliance, suppression lists, and backups. Backup copies are deleted through provider rotation schedules.

7. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe through the link in an email or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Rights vary by location. We may need to verify your request. You may also complain to the privacy authority where you live.

8. International processing and security

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use provider contracts and available legal safeguards for those transfers. We apply reasonable administrative and technical protections, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children

The early-access list is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.

10. Changes

We will post revisions here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
