Refund Policy

CMBT Athlete is a $35 USD monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled.

1. First payment

If CMBT Athlete is not right for you, you may request a refund of your first subscription payment within seven calendar days of purchase. Trying the core product does not by itself disqualify a request.

2. Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. We review duplicate charges, charges made after a confirmed timely cancellation, technical billing errors, exceptional circumstances, and refunds required by applicable law.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period, and access ordinarily continues until that period ends. Cancel before the renewal date shown in Whop to avoid the next monthly charge.

4. Billing errors

If you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us promptly. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by Whop and the payment provider.

5. Requesting a refund

Email mprieto@cmbtculture.com with the purchase email, order number if available, purchase date, and a short description. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials.

This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable consumer law.
